Reviews and Ratings
I had a comfortable stay at this hotel that was reasonably priced and in a good location. The rooms were spacious and offered a good view, but I did have to switch rooms because mine was right next to the elevator and it was quite noisy. The staff were very friendly and supportive, especially to my son with Autism, which I truly appreciated. Unfortunately, the dining experience left a bit to be desired. Overall, it was a good value for the price, but a few aspects could use improvement.
The hotel has a great location within walking distance of other major hotels and casinos, but getting luggage into the hotel can be a hassle. The rooms were decent but not quite what I was led to believe from the phone reservation. The service was accommodating, though I faced some issues with a Groupon refund. Overall, it was an okay stay with some highlights and low points.
The hotel offers a comfortable and clean stay, which I really appreciated. The staff were friendly and helpful, making my experience enjoyable. However, the location was a bit concerning as it didn't feel very safe at times and it wasn't quite as central as I hoped. Overall, I felt it provided decent value for money, but there are definitely areas that could be improved for a top-notch experience.
The hotel has a clean and roomy atmosphere, with very friendly and helpful staff. However, it can get noisy due to thin walls, and I found the bedding lacking for colder temperatures. While it's conveniently located near various attractions, maneuvering luggage into the hotel can be a bit tricky.
I found the hotel to be quite decent overall. The rooms were spacious and clean, though I wished it had a big tub instead of just the regular bathroom. The service was a bit hit-or-miss; while some staff were helpful, others weren't very accommodating. The location was great since it was close to casinos and restaurants, but it did require a bit of walking. Overall, it offered good value for money, but keep in mind that I ran into issues with the service.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The location is quite convenient, being near the main strip of Reno, and the price was reasonable. However, I found the rooms to be dirty, which was a huge disappointment. The service was hit or miss; while some staff were friendly, it felt like they were rushing around, and I often had to ask for things more than once.
The hotel has a great location, conveniently close to all the major casinos. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful during my stay. However, the dining options were quite limited and could use some improvement. The room was spacious but did have some cleanliness issues, which affected the overall experience.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The location was quite convenient, making it easy to access local attractions and restaurants. However, the rooms left a lot to be desired as they were old and could use a deep clean. The staff was friendly, but some struggled with communication. Overall, it was decent but not ideal due to the issues with the rooms and dining options.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. While the rooms were spacious and had a great balcony, the booking issue was frustrating since I didn't get the room I confirmed three days before my arrival. The service was generally friendly, and the shuttle to the airport was on time, but there were moments where the bartender seemed to ignore the rest of the patrons. The location was good for visiting other casinos, but getting into the hotel with luggage was a bit inconvenient. Overall, I felt like it was decent, but not without its hiccups.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. On the bright side, the location was fantastic, really close to Reno's nightlife and casinos. The staff was friendly and accommodating. However, the rooms could definitely use some updates and weren’t as clean as I would have liked. Overall, the hotel offers great value for money given its prime location, but the cleanliness and condition of the rooms fell short of my expectations.
