I had a comfortable stay at this hotel that was reasonably priced and in a good location. The rooms were spacious and offered a good view, but I did have to switch rooms because mine was right next to the elevator and it was quite noisy. The staff were very friendly and supportive, especially to my son with Autism, which I truly appreciated. Unfortunately, the dining experience left a bit to be desired. Overall, it was a good value for the price, but a few aspects could use improvement.

The hotel has a great location within walking distance of other major hotels and casinos, but getting luggage into the hotel can be a hassle. The rooms were decent but not quite what I was led to believe from the phone reservation. The service was accommodating, though I faced some issues with a Groupon refund. Overall, it was an okay stay with some highlights and low points.

Rooms
6.0
The room wasn't what was promised over the phone; there was no large tub, just a regular bathroom setup.
Service
7.0
The staff was accommodating, but I was disappointed that they wouldn't refund my money since I booked through Groupon.
Location

The hotel offers a comfortable and clean stay, which I really appreciated. The staff were friendly and helpful, making my experience enjoyable. However, the location was a bit concerning as it didn't feel very safe at times and it wasn't quite as central as I hoped. Overall, I felt it provided decent value for money, but there are definitely areas that could be improved for a top-notch experience.

6.8/10

The hotel has a clean and roomy atmosphere, with very friendly and helpful staff. However, it can get noisy due to thin walls, and I found the bedding lacking for colder temperatures. While it's conveniently located near various attractions, maneuvering luggage into the hotel can be a bit tricky.

Rooms
7.0
The rooms were nice, clean, and quite spacious, but I could hear noise from the neighboring rooms, like TVs and showers. Also, there weren't enough blankets for the colder weather.
Service
9.0
The staff was definitely a highlight—very present, friendly, and helpful. They made sure everything was thorough during my stay.
Location
8.0
The hotel was in an accessible location, with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby, as well as being within walking distance to the Amtrak station. However, it wasn't the easiest place to bring luggage into.
Dining

I was not impressed with the dining options here; it felt misleading as the food lacked flavor, and I found it rather disappointing overall.

I found the hotel to be quite decent overall. The rooms were spacious and clean, though I wished it had a big tub instead of just the regular bathroom. The service was a bit hit-or-miss; while some staff were helpful, others weren't very accommodating. The location was great since it was close to casinos and restaurants, but it did require a bit of walking. Overall, it offered good value for money, but keep in mind that I ran into issues with the service.

Rooms
8.0
The rooms were big and clean for the most part, but I would have loved if it had a big tub instead of the regular bathroom.

6.0
The service was somewhat mixed; some staff were quite curt during check-in, but others, like the gift shop employees, were really helpful.
Location
8.0
The location was pretty good, close to the university and right next to all the great casinos, but it did require a bit of a walk to reach them.
Dining
5.0
I did not have a memorable dining experience and wouldn't return because the options were lackluster.
Facilities
7.0
The facilities seemed average; nothing extraordinary to mention, but everything was adequately maintained.

I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The location is quite convenient, being near the main strip of Reno, and the price was reasonable. However, I found the rooms to be dirty, which was a huge disappointment. The service was hit or miss; while some staff were friendly, it felt like they were rushing around, and I often had to ask for things more than once.

Dining
7.0

I didn't really explore many facilities, but the pool area appeared to be well-maintained for those who enjoy that sort of thing.

However, the dining options were quite limited and could use some improvement. The room was spacious but did have some cleanliness issues, which affected the overall experience.

I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The location was quite convenient, making it easy to access local attractions and restaurants. However, the rooms left a lot to be desired as they were old and could use a deep clean. The staff was friendly, but some struggled with communication. Overall, it was decent but not ideal due to the issues with the rooms and dining options.

Rooms

The rooms were definitely aged and not very clean when I arrived, with hair still on the pillows. They really need updating.

7.2/10

I had a mixed experience at this hotel. While the rooms were spacious and had a great balcony, the booking issue was frustrating since I didn't get the room I confirmed three days before my arrival. The service was generally friendly, and the shuttle to the airport was on time, but there were moments where the bartender seemed to ignore the rest of the patrons. The location was good for visiting other casinos, but getting into the hotel with luggage was a bit inconvenient. Overall, I felt like it was decent, but not without its hiccups.

Rooms
7.0
The rooms were spacious and featured a nice balcony, but unfortunately, it wasn't the room I originally booked, which was disappointing.

I had a mixed experience at the hotel. On the bright side, the location was fantastic, really close to Reno's nightlife and casinos. The staff was friendly and accommodating. However, the rooms could definitely use some updates and weren’t as clean as I would have liked. Overall, the hotel offers great value for money given its prime location, but the cleanliness and condition of the rooms fell short of my expectations.

Rooms
